The Royale Air’s full carbon fibre frame brings the whole scooter to just 13.7kg without batteries, it folds in seconds, and it wheels along like a piece of luggage. The two removable lithium batteries weigh just 0.8kg each and are designed with travel in mind, including air travel subject to airline approval. Between them they deliver up to 16km of range, and each charges through its own port. An NFC card start system, digital display and front and rear LED lights round out a genuinely modern little machine.
