Change of mind

– Return transport costs may apply

Hygiene and personal use products

For health and safety reasons, some products cannot be returned once delivered or used.
This includes bathroom and toileting aids, personal hygiene products, and any item intended for direct personal use.
These items are non-returnable unless they are faulty or damaged.

Faulty or damaged items

If your product arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will assess the issue and arrange repair, replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Custom or special orders

Custom or made-to-order products may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
